The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated a quiet night before our departure the next day.

The shuttle used to bring us straight to the terminal. Now this procedure was no longer valid and we would have had to take a little train to get to terminal 2A, which would have been cumbersome for us. So we decided to take a taxi because of our age and luggage.

I enjoyed the location and the acces to the village Roissy. The room and view of courtyard excellent.

The staff were great! We were welcomed prompt and the front desk clerk went out of her way to be accommodating. The rooms were just large enough for 2 people as opposed to the tiny rooms you pay 3x's for in Paris. We were...

The shuttle service "the black bus" collects you at the airport & hotel every 25 minutes. Also the close proximity to the little township of boissey.

This one had me thinking.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is perfect. The atmosphere in the lobby and bar was trendy and inviting. While the breakfast at 13 euros was ample, the inconsistent room cleaning and the outdated carpet left me pondering the value for money. Would I return? Maybe!

Would of like more choice in the restaurant or a different menu in the bar. Also there was only world news channel for us English speaking guests so would of liked more choice.

Toilet ceiling in room 316 wasn't nice at all!

Convenient location for the airport with a free shuttle bus between the hotel and terminals.

Beds & pillows were a bit soft.

AC did not work very well. We both had bites from the bedding. Mini bar was not stocked. No information pamphlet in room re restaurant menu or room service.
